He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Pratt; and his siblings, Thomas, James, Robert, Rita and Genevieve.
He is survived by: his parent Isabella Pratt (Blank); his wife Elaine A. Pratt (Tomey); his children, Terry J. Pratt (Jenn) of Chesapeake, VA, Lisa L. Semenko (Paul) of Chesapeake, VA and Trisha A. Shume (Joseph) of Greensburg; and his sister Mary Elizabeth "Ebb" of Apopka, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
