It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores M. Basile of Southwest, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Dolores may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dolores touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence R. Myers and Lillian G. Myers (Buzzard); her husband Paul Basile; and her stepfather Carl T. Berghel. She is survived by: her children, David Basile of Greensburg and Debora Urchek (Thomas) of Blairsville.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
