He is survived by: his parent Margaret C. Fink (Conner); his daughter Cynthia Bloch (Joshua) of San Jose, Calif.; his grandsons, Timothy and Matthew Bloch; and his siblings, Paul Conner Fink (Deborah) of Indiana Twp and Patricia Fink Bair of Maryland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
