She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Cochran; her parents, Romeo Specca and Teresa Puglia Specca; and her brother David Specca. She is survived by: her children, Roland, Jennifer Cochran of Leonardtown, MD, Sally and Paul Marshall of Flanders, NJ; her grandchildren, Isabel, Sara, Hannah and Will; and her sister Josephine Edwards.
