He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis O'Donnell and Elizabeth Barnett O'Donnell; and his brothers, George, Frank, Jimmy and Bobby O'Donnell.
He is survived by: his wife Doris "Dorie" Mack O'Donnell; his nieces and nephews, Donna Wahl of Pipersville, Kathy Moelter of Doylestown, Thomas Mack of Holland, Wendy Notari of Maryland, Kevin Mack and Brendan Mack of Succusunna, NJ.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Best Buddy-Cayle Mack, Austin Mack, Maddy Mack, Owen, Noah Moelter, Michael, Matthew, Jessica Wahl, Dylan, Kelsey Mack, Zachary, Chase and Cole Notari; and also, Bernie, Eileen Mack of Succusanna, NJ, Jerry and Donna Mack of Center Valley, PA.
