She was predeceased by: her spouse Jack Francis Mekel; and her parent William Lewin. She is survived by: her parent Helen Lewin; her children, Robert (Margaret), James, William and Laureen Gallagher; and her brother George M. Lewin of Quarryville, PA.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
