She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas O'Sullivan and Mary O'Sullivan (Byrne); her husband Ramon Chiaverelli; her children, Mary Elsesser (Joseph), Ramon Chiaverelli (Debi) and Patricia Smith (Harold); her grandchildren, Christa, Katie, Joseph, Ryan, Ray, Alyssa, Patrick, Ken, Jamie and Brian; her great grandchildren, Marly, Maddie, Joseph, Macklin and Finnegan; and her brother Michael O'Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers her family has requested memorial contributions in her memory to the Neshaminy Manor Activities Department, 1660 Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976.
