She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Conrad (Buzz); and her son Jeff. She is survived by: her children, Sue Guiher (Mike) and Dan Conrad (Jane); her daughter-in-law Ann Conrad; her grandchildren, Matt, Chris, Meghan Guiher, Ashlee, Bryan, Collin Conrad and Katie Schaeffer; and her friend Suzanne Knellinger. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name to the North and Southampton Reformed Church or the Ann's Choice Scholarship Fund would be appreciated.
