She was predeceased by: her father Myron Buzby; and her sister Karen Buzby Whittle. She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Lockhart Buzby; her brother Springs of Colorado; her husband Alan R. Crippen II; her children, Christina Brown, Zachary Crippen, Brittany Basile, Schuyler Crippen and Felicity Crippen; and her siblings, Robin Buzby and Melanye Buzby Winterbottom. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
