She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Neuber and Margaret Neuber; and her husband Thomas Oteri. She is survived by: her children, Carol Semat (late Jeff), Deborah Burke (late Michael), John (Marci), Lisa Oteri (James), Dawn Halsey, Kimberly Dollard (Denis) and Corinne Tarnawski (Walt); her brother Charles Neuber (Denise); her grandchildren, Amber Shannon (Mike), Patrick, John (Kaitlyn), Kevin, Jordan, Brenden (Erin), Eddie, Nicole, Ryan (Maci), Alec, Gianna, Jacqueline, Lexie and Salena; and her great grandchildren, Juliet, Scarlet, Chase, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Nico, Kevin, Chloe, Wyatt, Penelope and Beau.
