She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth DeWalt and Roy DeWalt; her husband Carl J. Penxa, Sr.; and her son Mark Penxa. She is survived by: her sons, Carl J., Jr. (Sheri), Rick (Karen) and Scott; her grandchildren, Nicole (Kyle), Craig (Robyn), Victoria, Sean, Mary (Eric), Christine and Anthony (Jade); and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Mason, Jaxson, Colton, Luci Mae, Lily and Eric Jr..
