With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen O'Neill (Southampton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 4, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bridget O'Neill and Patrick O'Neill; and her sister Ann Larson. She is survived by: her son Todd Michael McClafferty; her sister Theresa Mackey (Stanley); her brother-in-law Robert Larson; and her cousin Ireland.
