She was predeceased by: her husband George V. Chism; and her son Richard G. Chism. She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne McNulty and Nancy Landis (Chris Aubertin); her daughter-in-law Rosa Chism; her grandchildren, Carlos (Christina), Zachary (Jerilyn), Daniela, Shae (Dominick), Andy and Tim; and her brothers, Terry Funk (Terri) and Larry Funk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
