He was predeceased by: his brother Samuel Mandel (Julie). He is survived by: his spouse Nili; his sons, David Mandel (Gwen), Dr. Richard Mandel (Lauren), Michael Mandel (Dianne) and Ronny Mandel (Marcia); and his brother Abraham Mandel (Susan). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
