He is survived by: his parents, Aloysus Ambrose and Mary Jane Ambrose; his wife Lorraine Skelton Ambrose; his children, Caitlin (Tom Volterano) and Alexandra Ambrose; his grandchildren, Sophia and Alexa; and his brothers, Steve Ambrose (Elizabeth) and Robert Ambrose.
