She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joseph M. Falato and Albin R. Jonczak; and her parents, John Fitzpatrick and Mary Fitzpatrick (Collins). She is survived by: her children, Rocco Falato (Karen), Maria Elena Dryden (Michael) and Reid Jonczak (Karin); her grandchildren, Garrett, Brittany (Alex), Quinn, Caitlin (Austin), Jerry and Joe; her great grandchildren, Rhett and Elena; and her siblings, John Fitzpatrick (Denise) and Marianne Previti (Tony).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home (800 Richboro Rd, Richboro, PA 18954). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
