Keefer in Southampton, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Jacob Stephen. She is survived by: her children, Marcia Martin (Kevin, Sr.) of Boyertown, Pam Campbell (Carl), Bob Keefer, Jr. (Marley) of Yorktown, VA and Steve Keefer, Sr. (Denise) of Dover, PA; and her brother Harold. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
