She is survived by: her husband Rudolph G. Fontanos; her children, Jessica Corazon, Denny Alfred, Sally Anne and Dyan Alexis; her grandchildren, Angelica Therese and Michael Anthony; and her siblings, Emmanuel, Edwin, Ernie and Eva. She is also survived by Sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and many nieces nephews, and cousins.
