He was predeceased by: his son Jason Oldroyd; his father Edwin W. Oldroyd, Sr.; his stepparents, Florence Oldroyd and Robert Robson; and his parents-in-law, Glenn and Leona Martz.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Oldroyd; his children, Edwin "Wyn" (Franni Oldroyd), Leslie (Mikey Atelus) and Jamie Oldroyd (Hector Medina); his grandchildren, Michael Oldroyd-Costello, Jenna Oldroyd, Cassidy Oldroyd, Julia Medina, Nathaniel Atelus and Hannah Atelus; his mother Amelia Robson; his sisters, Charlotte Eary, Carol Carver and Jeanette Canaughton; and also James Canaughton. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Newtown Presbyterian Church or American Legion Post 800.
