He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie May; and his brothers, Michael Shacklett and Eric Kalbach. He is survived by: his children, Edward S. Shacklett (Amanda), Eric Shacklett, Elissa Gandy (Jesse) and Emily McElvarr (Tyler); and his grandchildren, Sadie, Carter, Liam, Theodore and River.
