He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Donald and Sarah Reid Wilson Clapper; and his son James C. Clapper. He is survived by: his wife Cyndy Crane Clapper; and his grandchildren, Nicole Foley, Madison Clapper and Gabrielle Clapper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
