She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles Sielski. She is survived by: her children, Charles (Ann Marie) of Glenside, Thomas (Deborah) of Lancaster, PA, Donna McNulty (Thomas) of Marietta, GA and Dolores Paul (Marc) of East Petersburg, PA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the Southampton Estates Good Samaritan Fund 238 East Street Rd. Southampton, PA 18966.
