It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Charles Saar (South Williamsport, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles J. Saar and Mildred L. Saar (Sweet); his wife Carol Plocinski; his children, Clementine Foulkrod of Trout Run, Sue Ann Jolin (Cory) of Proctor and Sean Saar (Robyn Johnson) of Trout Run; and his grandchildren, Ty Steven Foulkrod, Anthony Foulkrod, Cody Foulkrod, Toriann Cillo (Geno), Dakota Jolin, Dennis Saar and Sara Saar. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions may be made in Steve's name to either the Lycoming County S.P.C.A., 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701; or St. Joseph the Worker, 711 W. Edwin St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
