He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Sr. Bieber and Alberta Leech Bieber. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hunt Bieber; his sister Carol Swartz; his children, Stephanie, Stacie and Steven III (Katarina); and his grandchildren, Tiffaney, Zachary (Samantha), Hailey, Kambriana, Landynn, Porter and Courtney Jarrett.
