It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Keiser (South Williamsport, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 9, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Yaw and Evelyn Yaw; and her siblings, Fred, Clifford, Donald, Kate Sargent and Esther Joe.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie A. (Tim Higgins); her grandchildren, Shiryl L. Keiser-McCarty, Williamsport and Charles M. Keiser-McCarty of San Diego, CA; her sister Judy Palmatier of Montoursville; and her friend Wanda Eichenlaub. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
