He was predeceased by: his parents, Delvin B. Weaver and Mary E. Weaver (Long); his wife Barbara Ann (Rosevear); and his siblings, Kathleen W. Weaver, Norma E. Shrawder, Phyllis L. Boyd, Dale M. Weaver, Sr., D. Burns Weaver and Cecil Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Royce Weaver (Jennifer) of Nanticoke, Karen Ann Forsburg (Gregory) of Williamsport and Deborah Ann Weaver of Lake Worth, FL; his grandchildren, Lance Kevin Jensen (Karissa) of Duboistown, Theresa Ann Tackett of Lake Worth, FL and Cody Richard Forsburg of Williamsport; his great grandchildren, Mason David Tackett, Ranay Ann Tackett, Noah Lance Jensen and Noelle Georgiana Jensen; and his sister Sandra R. Rauch of Milton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
