He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schneider and Frances Schneider (Dincher); and his siblings, James Schneider and Ann Wenner. He is survived by: his wife Lucille C. Schneider (Dincher); his children, Elaine McGovern (Michael) of South Williamsport, Frederick Schneider (Lana) of Oval and Nicholas Schneider of Nisbet; and his siblings, George Schneider and Shirley Naugle (Robert).
