He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Mabel M. Mosteller (Jackson); and his sister Elaine Percifull. He is survived by: his children, Richard Brian Mosteller of South Williamsport, Jan Marie Heath (Wayne) of Nashville, Tenn and Matthew Todd Mosteller of Christiansburg; and his nephew Jack Richard Percifull.
