It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Holt (South Williamsport, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John T. "Tom" Holt; and her parents, George W. Englert and Margaret G. Englert (Lowmiller). She is survived by: her brothers, Wundies and Wirerope.
