She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Praster and Herbert Praster, Jr. (Michael Stephen Samar). She is survived by: her brother Herbert Praster (Mariene); her children, Michael (Lisa), David (Colleen) and Lindsay; her grandchildren, Christina, Colin, Payton, Lily, Luke, Alaina, Laurel, Aiden and Lincoln; her sister-in-law Linda; her pet Molly; her friends, Diana, Patty and Penny; and her husband Michael. She is also survived by her family; several nieces and nephews.
It is the family's wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the James V. Brown Library in Williamsport where Penny spent a large amount of her time browsing. borrowing, and reading books.
