He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Webb; his children, Chris Bower (Gloria) of Montoursville, Terri Hakes (Bill) of South Williamsport, Steve Bower (Carol) of South Williamsport, Kathy Grenoble (Nate) of Muncy, Pat Lechniak (Mike) of South Williamsport, Tim Bower of South Williamsport, Sue Brown (Jim) of Columbia, MD, Debi Kristall (Norm) of Olney, MD, Doug Bower (Jeannette) of Montoursville and Mary Koehler (Steve) of South Williamsport; his brother Charles; his sister-in-law Shirley Bower of Williamsport; his sister Theresa; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Konkle of South Williamsport and Frank Stetts of Williamsport. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
