She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bowes and Stella Bowes (Weaver); her husband Frederick I. Hyzer III; her son Robert Clair Hyzer; and her brother Lloyd Bowes.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Lamey (Jay) of McElhatten, Terrie Anne Cromley (Troy) and Frederick I Hyzer IV; her sister Donna Snodgrass (Bill); her grandchildren, Bebe, Clarissa Shirk (Brian), Drew McPherson and Troy Cromley, Jr. (Taryn); and her great grandchildren, Lilly Lynn, Brynn Anne and Zachary Michael.
