He was predeceased by: his parents, Joanne Gerber Lamade and J. Robert Lamade. He is survived by: his wife Jill McIntyre; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Siva Mathiyazhagan; his grandson Nilan; and his siblings, Chip, Anne Pikolas and Meg Beckerman.
