He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred E. Neufer and Nora Neufer (Phillips); and his siblings, Henry, Jim, Chuck and Eva Roussey Neufer.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris J. Fox; and his children, Kurt Neufer (Elaine) of South Williamsport, Rick Neufer (Terry) of South Williamsport, Gail Welch (Bill) of York and Terri Brewer (Bob) of South Williamsport.
