With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth D. Rathmell (South Williamsport, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2019 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rathmell and Eleanor Rathmell (Cupp); his siblings, Joe Rathmell and Doris Shank; and his brother-in-law Tom Thorp.
He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Rathmell (Beaver); and his sons, Blair English (Evelyn), Lince Rathmell of Williamsport and Lance Rathmell (Dana) of Richmond, Texas. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grand children.
