He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Sr. Beattie and Caroline Beattie (Parker); his son Stephen Beattie; and his sister Ann Marie Holtzman. He is survived by: his wife Rosa A. Beattie (Guillaume); his children, Michael Beattie (Sharon) of South Williamsport, Diane Blazer (Stan) of Williamsport and Karen Bean (Bill) of Cogan Station; and his brother Frank Beattie of Williamsport.
