She was predeceased by: her father Frank J. Sullivan, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Sullivan (Gallagher) of Williamsport; her sisters, Kelli A. Renn of Horsham, Ellen M. Shick (Lee) of Garden Ridge, TX and Amy C. Menne (Scott) of Montoursville; and her nephew Joshua Hampton.
