He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore A. Miller and Beatrice Jane Miller (Billhimer); his brother Ronnie Miller; and his pet Bluto. He is survived by: his wife Ethel E. Miller (Lunt); his son Jamie Miller (Margaret "Maggie") of South Williamsport; his grandchildren, Lydia Phillips (Brett) of Oklahoma and James "Jim" Neufer of South Williamsport; his great grandchild Cash Phillips; and his siblings, Theodore A. Miller (Rosie) of Cogan Station, Patricia Phoenix (Allen) of Williamsport and Donna Lambert of Williamsport. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
