We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2022, at the age of 66, James Andrew Horn of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roland R. Horn Jr. and Shirley Horn (Roller); his stepdaughter Betsy (Eric Dieterle); his grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon and Lauren; his great grandchild Ryan Long; and his sisters, DiAnn Cox of Alaska, Barbara West (Michael) of Tennessee and Connie Kirchner of Alaska.
