Brown (South Williamsport, Pennsylvania), born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 18, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Violet I. Brown (George); his wife Betty Girton Brown; and his sisters, Marjory Kehrli (Norman) and Marilyn Wightman (Edward). He is survived by: his daughter Janice Brown of South Williamsport; and his grandchildren, Eunice Lippard (John) of Michigan, Jenny Davis (Ivan) of Michigan and Titus L. Brown of Michigan.
