It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie J. Noon of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Elsie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elsie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elsie leaves behind.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Rice and Annabell Rice (McCloskey); and her husband John Noon. She is survived by : her daughters, Cindy Paucke (Earl), Jacqueline Shuman (Michael) and Alicia Wachter (David Kinney); her grandchildren, Michelle Bailey (Charlie), Bobbi-Jo Fry (Joe), Melissa Smith (Rhett), Ronnie Yeagle (Honesti), John Shuman (Michelle), Kevin Kinney and Brooke Kinney (Ken White); and her brother Clifford Rice, Jr.. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, nieces and many extended family.
