Kepner (George) of South Williamsport; his children, Lycia Ottenmiller (Terry) of South Williamsport, Anthony Kepner (Stephanie) of Williamsport, William Kepner (Connie) of Allenwood and Darrell Kepner (LeAnn) of Muncy; his sister Alice Sponhouse; his granddaughter Megan Kepner; and also Shirley Barto (Jerry) of Virginia Beach.
The family will provide the flowers and suggest memorial contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project or the local S.P.C.A.
