He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Mazzante and Antoinette Mazzante (DeVito); his wife Carmella T. Mazzette; and his siblings, John, Louis, James, Ralph Mazzante and Thelma Carnevale.
He is survived by: his children, Louis (Jean) of Easton, Dominick (Patricia) of Williamsport, James (Kim) of Linden, Ann Engel of South Williamsport, Mike (Lin) of Florence, SC, Rita Wertz (Kurt) of South Williamsport, Thomas (Joanne) of Bethlehem, Nancy Caschera (Joseph) of South Williamsport and Linda Fessler (Lee) of South Williamsport; his sister Rosie Yonkin of Cogan Station; and also Gail Merrick. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren.
