It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dianne Perry of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in White Deer, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar D Foust and Caroline Smith Bobb; her stepfather Martin P Bobb; her brother Barry Bobb; and her great grandchild Oliver Liddic.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Smith Williamsport (Bill), Scott Perry Bellefonte (Donna) and Lynne Garman Cogan (Curtis); and her sisters, Carolyn Kling White (Harry), Susie Bierley (Bill) and Patsy Ellington (David) of Florida. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 9 great grand children.
