She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Webb and Lillian Webb (Pentz); her husband Paul Vincent Bower; her son Paul Bower III; her siblings, Kenneth, Lewis, Gladys, Thelma, Doris, Esther, Phyllis and Mildred; and her grandson Nathan Grenoble II.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Bower (Gloria) of Montoursville, Terri Hakes (Bill) of South Williamsport, Steve Bower (Carol) of South Williamsport, Kathy Grenoble (Nate) of Muncy, Pat Lechniak (Mike) of South Williamsport, Tim Bower of South Williamsport, Sue Brown (Jim) of Columbia, MD, Debi Kristall (Norm) of Olney, MD, Doug Bower (Jeannette) of Montoursville and Mary Koehler (Steve) of South Williamsport; and her brother Lloyd Webb Jr. (Nancy) of Reading. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
