He was predeceased by: his parents, Alem Bair and Mary Bair; his wife Arlene Bair; and his siblings, Harold, Lawrence, Bernice and Cletes.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Bair (Victoria) of Williamsport and Mark Bair (Eileen) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Dr. Ashleigh Bair of Williamsport and Austin Bair of Bayonne, N. J..
