It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta V. Shaffer of South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, born in Kelayres, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Walko and Victoria Walko (Naprava); and her sister Bernardine Gayda. She is survived by: her husband Richard Shaffer; her children, Timothy Shaffer (Barbara) of Blue Bell and Stacie Anderson (Cory) of Lake Geneva, WI; and her brother Ronald Walko (Patricia) of Montoursville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
