He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathryn Page and Bill Page; his children, Wende Page Salyards and Daryl Page; his wife Joan Hoffman Page; his children-in-law, Chip Salyards and Andrea Page; his sister Sandra Cristofaro; his sister-in-law Mary Sargent; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Logan, Paityn, Cole, Trent Salyards, Brady and Brandon Page. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
