It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ransom C. Agnew (South Waverly, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom C. Agnew and Jessie Agnew (McGill); his son Ransom C. Agnew III; and his siblings, James Agnew, Gladys Jennings, Florence Rinus, Blanche Swan and Artie Mae Rifenburg.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Theodore (Suzanne Sult-Agnew), Elaine (Ron Park), Jeffrey (Debra Agnew), Kenneth (Karen Agnew) and Janet (Randy Moser); his grandchildren, Amy (Steven Lacotta), Theodore John (Angela Sult), Emilie (Kory Stevens), Kristopher (Nicole Park), Brian (Amy Park), Tasey (Chad Baggerly), Tara Agnew (Jared Smith), Erik Agnew (Tonya Brown), Brittany (Trey Barrowcliff), Brooke (Tyler Stroble) and Alyssa Moser; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Ethan, Benton, Karter, Landon, Sean, Alan, Ian, Rosealee, Renee, Loralie, Collin, Skilur, Areyonna, Ryan, Erika, Mason and Sadie. He is also survived by great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
