She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Wager and Charlotte Olive Clark Wager; her husband Russell Francis Babcock; her son-in-law James Michael Podolinski; and her brothers, Robert, Charles and Harold Wager.
She is survived by: her children, Victor L. Babcock (Shawn) of Grove City, PA, Daniel F. Babcock (Kelly) of Irvine, CA and Charlotte J. Babcock Podolinski of South Waverly, PA; her grandchildren, Leslie Youngo (Michael), Jordan Babcock, Jessie Liberty (James), Christine Babcock, Molly Babcock, Matthew Podolinski (Kristine) and Andrew Podolinski (Claire); and her sister Loretta Tesch of Texas. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that contributions may be directed to a charity or organization of one's choice in memory of Elizabeth "Betty" Wager Babcock.
